2024 GMC Denali
This 2024 GMC Denali came to us with swirl marks and light scratches marring its premium finish. We performed a complete two-stage paint correction followed by a thorough interior detail to restore it to showroom condition.
Paint Correction and Interior Detailing Process
The Denali's clear coat had moderate swirl marks typical of factory finishes, so we mapped out a two-stage correction approach. Stage one used a cutting compound with an aggressive pad to remove the majority of defects. We worked section by section, maintaining consistent pressure and speed to avoid burning through the clear coat. Stage two involved a polishing compound with a softer pad to refine the finish and restore clarity and gloss.
For the interior, we vacuumed all surfaces including under the seats and in crevices where dust accumulates. We cleaned the leather seats with a pH-balanced leather cleaner and conditioner. The dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels received careful attention with appropriate cleaners. We detailed the windows inside and out for crystal clarity, and finished with a light dressing on trim pieces to enhance the interior's appearance without looking overdone.
